The rolling process and unique reflector system of the BERKOL berkolizer pro ensure a consistent and full irradiation of all axles, resulting in the highest possible quality.
UV light smooths the surface of the cot, making it less aggressive for the fibers. It reduces the risk of lapping and prevents fiber loss during the spinning process, overall increasing productivity.
Thanks to a wide feed unit, the BERKOL berkolizer pro can process simultaneously up to two top rollers, or any long cot with a length up to 420 mm and a diameter up to 50 mm.
The rolling speed and UV light intensity are adjustable and can therefore be set to optimize performance and energy efficiency. It also provides the same exposure conditions for all top rollers/long cots.
